MASTERCLASS

WHO WE ARE
These terms apply to the free live masterclasses provided by Nikki Foord trading as Zava Pty Ltd, ABN 52 686 330 997. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" means Nikki Foord. "You" means the person registering for or attending a masterclass. Contact: support@nikkifoord.com
WHAT THESE TERMS COVER
These terms apply when you register for or attend one of our masterclasses. By registering you agree to them. They do not cover The Elevation Audit, Elevation Mentorship, The Elevation Intensive, or any other service. Those are governed by their own terms, provided separately.
WHAT THE MASTERCLASS IS
The masterclass is a free, live, online group session, generally sixty to ninety minutes, delivered by Nikki Foord. It includes: your registration, which reserves your place; the live session itself; and a replay where one is made available. A replay is not guaranteed. It is a single group session. It is not one-to-one work, it is not ongoing support, and it is not a program.
WHAT IT IS NOT
The masterclass is general educational content about relationships and human behaviour. It is not therapy, counselling, medical or psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, medication advice, legal advice or financial advice. Attending does not create a therapist-client or practitioner-client relationship. Nikki Foord is a qualified psychotherapist, but attending a masterclass does not make you a client and is not a substitute for individual professional care. It is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis or at risk, contact 000, Lifeline on 13 11 14, or your nearest emergency department. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result or change. What you take from the session depends substantially on your own engagement and subsequent action.
REGISTRATION
The masterclass is free. Registration reserves your place and is confirmed when you complete the registration form. Places may be limited. You agree to provide accurate details when you register.
CHANGES, RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
We may change, reschedule or cancel a masterclass. If we do, we will notify registrants and, where possible, offer an alternative time or the replay. As the masterclass is provided free of charge, no fee is payable and no refund arises.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To get the value of the session, and out of respect for others attending, you agree to attend at the scheduled time, participate respectfully, and if you choose to speak or appear on camera, do so from a private setting where you are comfortable being seen and heard by others present.
CONFIDENTIALITY IN A GROUP SETTING
The masterclass is a group session. We keep your registration information private in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, anything you choose to share out loud, on camera, or in the chat during a live session may be seen or heard by other participants, and we cannot control what they do with it. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing in a group, and respect the privacy of others by not recording or repeating what they share.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, frameworks, models and content provided remain our intellectual property. They are provided for your personal use. They may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, taught, resold or used commercially without our written permission.
RECORDING
We may record the masterclass for replay and future use. If you speak, appear on camera, or contribute to the chat during a live session, you consent to being recorded. You may keep your camera and microphone off if you prefer. You may not record the session yourself, in whole or part, by any means, without our prior written consent.
LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make following a masterclass. You remain responsible for your own choices. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
PRIVACY
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at nikkifoord.com.au/privacy-policy.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one published at the time you register.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
