About Nikki

Hi I’m Nikki

Byron Bay, Australia

I was very good at looking like I was fine.

I burned out three times. My body ran out of ways to get my attention politely, so it stopped being polite.

None of that happened because I didn't care about my life. It happened because I was the one everybody leaned on, and I had never once worked out who was holding me.

I could run a room and carry other people. What I couldn't do was say what I needed, out loud, to the people closest to me. So I didn't, and the distance that created was quietly the most expensive thing in my life.

For over twenty years I've worked with elite athletes, business owners and high performers. People who look, from the outside, like they have it handled.

In twenty years I have never once had someone arrive and tell me their real problem in the first sentence. They arrive talking about the argument, the distance, the person who won't meet them. Underneath it, almost every time, is the same thing. They stopped updating who they are, and everyone around them is still relating to a version that left years ago.

That's not a communication problem and it isn't a love problem, it's structural and structure can be redrawn.

So that's what I do now. I sit with people privately and we look at how their life is actually built. The patterns running through their relationships, what they default to under pressure, and the thing they've been holding that they've never said out loud.

Not to make them a better performer. To make the life they've built somewhere they can actually live.

I'm a psychotherapist and a Relationship Architect. I work globally with private clients one to one, I bring the work into businesses and teams through the Elevation Intensive, and I host The View From Here.

If something in that sounded familiar, start with a conversation.
