The VPB Audit Workbook

These terms apply when you buy The VPB Audit Workbook from Zava Pty Ltd (653 321 450), trading as Nikki Foord. By completing your purchase, you agree to them.
1. What you're buying
The VPB Audit Workbook is a 23-page digital workbook in PDF format. It is a downloadable product. Nothing physical is posted to you.
2. Price and payment
The price is $27 AUD, including GST. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. I don't see or store your card details.
3. Delivery
Your download link appears on screen straight after payment and is emailed to the address you gave at checkout. If it doesn't arrive within an hour, check your spam folder, then email support@nikkifoord.com.
4. Your licence to use it
When you buy the workbook, you can download it, print it and fill it in for your own personal use. You can print as many copies as you need for yourself. You can't share, forward, upload, resell, or reproduce it, in whole or in part, or use it to deliver workshops, coaching or services to others, without my written permission. The workbook, the VPB Framework™ and all content in it remain my intellectual property.
5. Refunds
Because the workbook is delivered instantly and can't be returned, I don't offer refunds for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the file is faulty, won't open, or isn't what was described, email support@nikkifoord.com and I'll fix it, replace it, or refund you.
6. What this workbook is, and isn't
The workbook is an educational, self-guided tool. It isn't therapy, counselling, or a substitute for individual professional support, and buying it doesn't create a client relationship with me. If saying a boundary out loud could put you at risk, put your safety first and get individual support before you raise it. If you're in crisis or feel unsafe, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14, or call 000 in an emergency.
7. Responsibility
You're responsible for the decisions you make using the workbook. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss arising from how you use it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded or limited.
8. Your information
I collect your name, email and purchase details to deliver the workbook, send you the emails that come with it, and keep business records. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time. See my Privacy Policy at nikkifoord.com.au/privacy-policy for how I handle your information.
9. Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
